Docklands site for new £31m college

A new £31m third-level college for Dublin’s Docklands was announced yesterday. The new campus for the National College of Ireland will be built on a 1.3 acre site on Mayor Street in the heart of the financial services centre.

The college, currently located in Ranelagh, will cater for up to 8,000 students and provide degree and post-graduate courses as well as diploma and certificate studies.
