“The drawing published shows the street facade of a proposed now quadrangle for Magdalen College, Oxford. It was submitted by Mr. Basil Champneys in a competition to which Messrs. Street, Bodley and Garner, and Wilkinson were also invited. ” Perspective view published in The Building News, July 1st 1881. Bodley
and Garner were selected to carry out the work.
