Published in Modern Cottage Architecture 1904. “This middle-class cottage is built of brick with hollow walls, and has a tiled roof. It is perfectly plain. It is situated in an interesting part of the island on the Egypt estate, the site sloping up at the back and well surrounded with trees”.
