1935 – 95-101 Donegall Street, Belfast

Known as the Metropole Building. A fine building in the Art Deco style and which addresses a corner very successfully. The building has bold detailing and with its stark black and white colour schemes, the building has a simplicity. Demolished over the weekend of 17-18th October 2015.
