1983 – 333 Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois

Architect: Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates

On the side facing the Chicago River, the building features a sweeping green glass façade, while on the other side the building adheres to the usual rectangular street grid of the city, with a parallelogram marked by notches that create offices with coveted corner windows. Toward the top the two shapes are reconciled when six floors of the arc bend a little more sharply and intersect with the square form behind.
