1838 – Cranmore House, Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo

Built in 1838 by Alexander Glendenning Lambert, who was an agent for the Knox family, and had connections with the Glendenning Banking Family. Advertised for sale in 1951 and described as “in perfect repair”. The roof was removed in the 1950s to avoid taxes since when it has fallen into disrepair. It is now a ruin.
