At 183-189 Dearborn Street, was probably the most imposing old-style structure in Chicago. Particularly noticeable is the magnificent granite arch as its portal. Standing 140 feet high, with 10 stories and basement, it was erected in 1884, at a cost of $450,000. Demolished in the late 1930s.
Map is being rolled out, not all buildings are mapped yet.
