“This house has been erected on a triangular piece of land in the Blakesley-avenuo, Ealing. The ground plan shows the accommodation on that floor. The first and attic floors provide six bed- rooms in all, with usual bath, linen, and box- rooms. The walls are faced with red tile hanging and Bath stone is used for dressings. The roof is covered with a dark brindled tile, and the timber to gables is solid and Stockholm tarred. The dining-room and hall have beam ceilings with plaster between joist.s. The contract has been satisfactorily carried out by Messrs. Edwards and Modway, from the designs of Mr. Ernest R.
