Office building constructed to provide more office accommodation for the Law Courts. While not the worst-looking building in Winnipeg, it does itself no favours by the matter of its connection to the Law Courts of Samuel Hooper. A clumsy and intrusive skywalk has been built where an underground link or a better designed skywalk would have been much preferable.
