Built in two stages, the developers Cosgrave Brothers acquired the remainder of the George’s Quay site in 1997 and took a decision in 1999 to complete the remaining two buildings. This completed KMD Architecture’s overall design – more than 20 years after the project was first planned. The entire development comprises of about 50,000 sq. m. of commercial office space in 4 separate buildings located beside the River Liffey opposite the Custom House, in the heart of Dublin’s central business district.
