Published from The Roadstone book of House Designs, produced in 1980. Billed as “A guide to building your own home with 25 new house designs by Reg Chandler, Des Doyle, Arthur Gibney, Ray MacDonnell, and Allan O’Regan.” Described as “This house design starts with initial accommodation of three bedrooms, a sizeable kitchen and a family dining room. It’s generous square plan however allows a rood shape that provides a reservoir of space for expansion. As the family grows and accommodation needs increase tow large extra bedrooms can be fitted into the roof space with only minor modifications on the ground floor to fit a staircase.”
