Billed as “A guide to building your own home with 25 new house designs by Reg Chandler, Des Doyle, Arthur Gibney, Ray MacDonnell, and Allan O’Regan. Described as “this compact house includes in its living area a kitchem, a lounge and a small dining area. Its four good sized bedroom which are equipped with built-in wardrobes are segregated along their own top-lit corridor. There is a useful laundryéutility room next the side entrance. The lounge is filled with light having a floor to ceiling window, An orientation where sunlight conditions favour the living room facing the public roadways would be best for this design.”
