Darc Space Thursday Lunch
‘Thursday Lunch’ at Darc Space is a monthly discussion forum for people with an interest in the built environment. The format of the popular series is simple – people meet over lunch to discuss a topic, introduced by a lead speaker. The series commenced in 2009 and speakers to-date have included RIAI President Paul Keogh; President of the Architects Council of Europe, Selma Harrington; Dublin City Architect, Ali Grehan; Urban Planner, Pauline Byrne; Construction Law Expert Bruno Herbots; Spatial Planner, Conor Skehan; the CAAD department of the ETH University, Zürich and many more.The series returns now on Thursday, 27 October with Brian O’Brien, a partner of ecological architectural practice Solearth, who will deliver a short talk, followed by discussion, on the Living Building Challenge.
