“This small house has been erected and completed by Messrs. Braid and Co., from the designs of Messrs. J. and J. Belcher, of 5 Adelaide-place, E.G., for the small sum of i”l,e25. It consist* of basement, under part, ground-floor, and ofiioe* as shown on sketch plans, and six bedrooms on. first floor with bath-room, w.c.’s, and house- maid’s closet and sink, &c., and two good rooms in roof.
