Constructed in two stages, the original McMaster House (to the west) and Bradley Square, but stylistically so similar that they now appear a singular building. An atrium entrance along Portage Avenue masks the join. The main entrance is sunken and accessed the inverted ziggurat that is the main part of the building. The building is faced with concrete aggregate cast panels with some nice corner detailing, and a rudimentary brise-soleil on the curving facade of Bradley Square. Received an Award of Excellence, from the Manitoba Association of Architects.
