2009 – Proposal for AIB Bankcentre, Ballsbridge, Dublin
Architect: Ian Ritchie Architects
Developer- driven proposal to demolish part of the Robinson Keefe Devane designed bankcentre and replace it with a range of blocks up to nine storeys in height. The scheme of five office blocks and one residential building involved a significant intensification of the current land use, with the floor area increasing from the current 15,700sq m to 52,000sq m. Permission was refused.
Map is being rolled out, not all buildings are mapped yet.
