Heneghan Peng shortlisted for Moscow art museum

The Irish practice Heneghan Peng are one of three firms shortlisted to build the National Centre for Contemporary Art in Moscow. Spanish firm Nieto Sobejano Arquitectos and MEL from Moscow were also shortlisted. The new museum is intended to be Russia’s main national institution for contemporary art and will host exhibitions as well as become a learning centre for modern art. The competition is now in its second and final stage, has selected these finalists from a longlist of ten.
