Irish Georgian Society looking for a temporary co-ordinator

The Irish Georgian Society is seeking to appoint a temporary co-ordinator of its Conservation Education Programme for the duration of maternity leave (mid-July 2014 to mid-February 2015). This is an invaluable opportunity for an individual to gain experience working with a dynamic, long-standing national conservation organisation and to further their career prospects.

Applicants should hold the UCD Masters in Urban & Building Conservation degree or the TCD Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Building Repair and Conservation or equivalent.

The position is part-time (9.30am-1pm, Mon-Fri and one evening a week over a six week period to facilitate the delivery of the Dun Laoghaire homeowners’ course) and will operate over a 7 month contract period (mid-July 2014 to mid-Feb 2015).
