“This Glebe House, which is now being erected on a plot of ground opposite Christ Church, Bray, commands beautiful views of Wicklow Mountains and Killiney Bay. The house is faced wth quartz stone with granite dressings, all pointed in cement and backed up with brick. The contractor for the work is Mr. Thomas Tighe. Messrs. Millar and Symes are the architects, The cost will be about £2,500.” Published in The Irish Builder, September 1 1878. Still extant today but rendered, sold off by the parish, and now a private house.
