“With this number we publish the perspective view of the design for the new buildings at Cabra, in connection with the North Dublin Union, submitted in competition by Messrs. William J. Fennell and Ernest Cochrane, architects, Belfast. The building was designed to accommodate 500 hildren, together with attendants quarters, hospital, &c. The architects’ estimate was £12,000.”
