A large detached Edwardian house, boasting eight bedrooms. It contains many late-Victorian and Edwardian decorative features including stained leaded glass on doorways, ornate plasterwork, brass fingerplates on panelled mahogany doors. In late 2015, it was listed for sale for the first time in nearly 30 years at an asking price of €10.5 million.
