1854 – Clock Tower, Meagher’s Quay, Waterford
1976 – Former ESB Building, The Mall, Waterford
Built on the site of Bishop Foy School which closed in 1967. Constructed in a modernist style the building was the first of its kind in Waterford with retail and office space. The comprised a five-storey block with a single storey ground floor block containing the retail showroom and ground floor office space. The exterior was an aluminium curtain wall glazing system with floor to ceiling framed glazing. After the ESB moved out in 2000, it sat empty for some years, before it was acquired by CPO in order to redevelop it as part of a proposed office district. Extensively remodelled and renamed as the Menapia Building circa 2010.
