2018 – Nos. 13-18 City Quay, Dublin

Built in 2018 on a brown field site bounded by City Quay, Princes Street South and Gloucester Street, with approximately 13,500m2 of commercial office space. The building steps back from City Quay rising to nine storeys with setbacks. The facade is primarily factory fabricated curtain walling panels with floor to ceiling glazing fronted by a series of deep bronze anodized aluminium extruded fin profiles. Now the headquarters for Grant Thornton.
