      There is a lot of activity in Charlemont Street at the minute with the demolition of the flats and 4 to 8 Charlemont Street coming up for sale, there is a lot potential for redevelopmnet.

      4-8 Charlemont street are a interesting collection of buildings, heres hoping that the demolition being suggested despite the listed status does not come to pass.

      Always liked this group of buildings – damned shame if they get demolished after purchase….

      We need to encourage owner co-operatives, group of people to buy this and create their own living spaces within the buildings.
