1930 – Former Royal Bank of Ireland, Dublin St., Monaghan Architect: Bradbury & Evans Former branch of the Royal Bank of Ireland, and most recently in use as a Town Hall for Monaghan.
1934 – Messrs Heiton Ltd., Georges Quay, Dublin Architect: Bradbury & Evans Showroom and offices for Messrs Heiton Ltd, builders suppliers. Their premises and yard was later the site of several planning applications and a public hearing before becoming the site of the Ulster Bank headquarters.
1939 – Clarence Hotel, Wellington Quay, Dublin Architect: Bradbury & Evans Fine 1930s hotel which was modernised and extended upwards in the 1990s. In 2007 a Norman Foster designed scheme was proposed that would have meant the demolition of all but the main facade of the hotel and adjacent buildings.
