Built in 1819, the church replaced an earlier parish church in Church Street. The church contains a memorial to Charles Coote Esq.
Almost identical to a courthouse in Ballyconnell, also in Cavan, Cootehill courthouse now looks rather decrepit and uncared for.
Built as a branch of the Provincial Bank of Ireland, and now a branch for AIB.
Built by voluntary labour and costing £6,000, this vast four-storey edifice was completed by 1883. Demolished.
