1673 – Blessington House, Blessington, Co. Wicklow A substantial 17th century house built circa 1673 by Dr Michael Boyle, Lord Archbishop of Armagh. Boyle was the last ecclesiastical Lord Chancellor of Ireland,
1754 – Bellevue House, Delgany, Co. Wicklow The Ballydonagh demesne was bought in 1753 by David La Touche, a rich banker from Dublin of Huguenot extraction. He built a house between 1754 and 1756 at a cost of £30,000 and named it Bellevue.
1790s – Cottage Orné, Delgany, Co. Wicklow A 1828 drawing in the NUI Galway archives, described it as Mrs. Latouche’s cottage in the Glen of the Downs, Co.
1859 – Turkish Baths, Quinsborough Rd., Bray, Co. Wicklow Architect: Sir John Benson & Richard Barter Based on the principals of Dr. Richard Barter who was reponsible for a number of similar establishments in Ireland,
1862 – International Hotel, Bray, Co. Wicklow Architect: E.W. O’Kelly Constructed for the seaside resort of Bray with 130 bedrooms, making it a large hotel for its time.
1864 – Tinode House, Blessington, Co. Wicklow Architect: William Caldbeck Tinode House was burned to the ground in 1922 by the IRA, and has since been partially rebuilt.
1880 – Women’s Baths, Bray, Co. Wicklow Architect: James H. Bridgford Concrete sea baths for ladies only for the Bray Pavilion Company along Bray seafront later the Promenade.
1935 – GSR Buffet, Bray, Co. Wicklow Architect: Gordon Stewart Horner Railway buffet built for the Great Southern Railway, and designed by inhouse architect Gordon Stewart Horner.
