John Roberts Weekend, Waterford 25th – 27th April 2008

This year the John Roberts Waterford is celebrating energy savings through the domestic built environment. This key event will be held on Friday 25th April in City Hall at 8.00p.m. with John Gormley, Minister for Environment, Heritage and Local Government speaking on the new upcoming legislation with regards to energy savings in the built complex.

From the architecturally impressive to the architecturally fantastic as a tradition The Irish Architecture Awards Exhibition will be on display in the Waterford Institute of Technology during the John Roberts Waterford, with the launch being performed on Friday 25th by Director of RIAI, Sean O’Laoire. Post the exhibition opening, Waterford Institute of Technology will host a number of talks by Sean O’Laoire and Florence Lipsky, from award winning French architect form, Lipsky & Rollet.
