1879 – Design for City of London School

Architect: Oliver & Leeson

0006

Highly Commended in architectural competition. “The estimated cost of this design was £49,500, and the materials proposed were white Suffolk bricks for the elevation next the Royal Hotel, the remaining frontages being faced with brown Portland or Box Ground Bath stone. The roofs to be covered with Welsh green slating.”

Map is being rolled out, not all buildings are mapped yet.
