“This residence, for Mr. Theodore Pritchett, is situated in the New-read, King’s Norton, the site sloping towards the south, the best rooms being placed so as to secure views of the undulating and wooded scenery for which King’s Norton is so famed. Besides the three reception- rooms and usual accommodation, there is a billiard-room in the basement.
