The former Dauphin Town Hall, a Romanesque Revival-style building was designed by Dauphin architect and local politician, Stuart Geekie.

Designed as multi-purpose building, there was a second-floor auditorium, and the building housed assorted government services for more than five decades, including municipal offices, courthouse, jail, fire hall and, in later years, a Royal Canadian Mounted Police detachment. The home of the Dauphin Allied Arts Centre Inc., since 1973.
