1880 – Design for Cottage, Co. Dublin

Architect: William Kaye-Parry

Irish Builder and Engineer

“OUR illustration is a perspective view of a half timbered cottage, designed some years ago by Mr. W. Kaye Parry, architect, 4 Nassau-street, for a gentleman resident in the neighbourhood of Dublin. It was proposed to cover the roofs and to hang a portion of the walls with tiles, the remainder being faced with pressed brick below, and finished in cement above. The accommodation includes, in addition to that shown on the ground plan, three bedrooms and servant’s room, with linen closet, separate bath-room, and w. c. on the first floor.” The Irish Builder, August 1 1882
