Designed for Silver Oliver (1736–1798), Irish MP and Privy Counsellor, but unbuilt. “Plans and Elevation of a Villa, designed for the Right Honourable Silver Oliver.This Villa is to be situated in the neighbourhood of the City of Cork, and will have a fine view of the Cove and the beautiful scenery near it.”
