The Prudential Plaza redevelopment project sparked new vitality for the immediate area with renovation of the existing 41-story One Prudential Plaza;
The Prudential Plaza redevelopment project sparked new vitality for the immediate area with renovation of the existing 41-story One Prudential Plaza;
540 high-intensity lamps accentuate the plaza and facades at night. The 48-foot high main lobby is built of Mediterranean marble and contains bamboo trees and 2 large sculptures.
The development included the 1917 Perkins Fellows & Hamilton Studios, a 3-story official landmark north of the tower.
